Do you have a design with an "All over" print. We sublimate the design into the fibres of the fabric. Using using breathable wicking polyester fabric enables brilliantly detailed printing.

Fabric Choices

There are many options for you consider. We can certainly offer expert advice if this is helpful. Please call us us email us.

Fabric

100% cotton - Organic of preferred. Cotton is a naturally breathable fabric.
Cotton Polyester mix. The most usual combination are a 50%/50% mix or 65% cotton/35% polyester.
100% Polyester. Often used in sports and designed to be wicking.

Type of Knit

T shirts are a "Jersey Knit" A flat weave, excellent for screen printing, digital printing, sublimation printing. Usually from 160gsm - 200gsm.
Polo shirts are usually a "Pique Knit" between 190gsm and 200gsm in weight. Polo Shirt Fabric Weight.
Sweatshirts and Hoodies usually have a brushed finish on the inside and are a Jersey Knit.

We will need to know:

The quantity you need.
The date you need delivery.
The colour of the fabric. If possible the pantone colour.
Any print or embroidery requirements.
Ideally an image of the final design. Even a rough sketch will be fine for quoting.

Minimum Orders

This depends on a number of things, for example the size breakdown, print requirements, delivery deadline.

But a good guide would be:

Polo Shirts 100, T Shirts 100, Sweatshirts and Hoodies 250. Delivery 8 weeks.

Polo Shirts, T shirts, 300 plus quicker delivery can be achieved. Minimum of 6 weeks.

Pantone Matched T shirts, Polo Shirts, Sweatshirts & Hoodies

We offer a Pantone matching service. Give us your colour reference and we will either find you a matching garment of we can make to order for you.

We can work with RAL, CMYK and RGB colour references although we find pantone is the most accurate.
